My Review:

This is an author I’ve come to trust, largely because his writing keeps getting better with each new release. The storyline is a little more engaging, the setting more vivid and captivating and the characters more compelling and complex. Not only are Addison and Vin authentic, endearing and larger than life, but the strong cast of secondary characters have the perfect amount of quirk and notoriety that they infuse the book with that extra “something" to keep Addison and Vin’s story alive and well in the reader's heart long after the last page. 

The NewlyFEDS is an enemies to lovers, slow-burn romance, and Chance turns up the heat even more. There's plenty of time for the emotions to simmer, but holy hot handcuffs, when things come to a boil, anyone in the vicinity is at risk of getting burned. And the fact that Vin and Addison really don’t like each other to begin with makes for some highly entertaining reading. They're professionals, FBI agents, so they should be able to set aside their differences going undercover as a married couple to bring down a mob boss.

What nobody saw coming was how the line between pretend and real would get blurred, or how well Addison and Vin would fit in with and come to care about the neighbors in the affluent community where someone is laundering money for the mob. With a great premise and the characters to back it up, this one is lighthearted and funny, hot and steamy, and touching and heartfelt, and you won’t want to miss it!
