Vivian Lux IS Theresa Leigh, With a Great New Romance!

Last Good Man (A Crown Creek Standalone) by Theresa Leigh (aka Vivian Lux) Synopsis: Cooper Grant is not my type.  Yes, he’s drool-worthy, with that glint in his blue eyes and the jaw-dropping way he fills out his jeans. Yes, other women might fall all over themselves for a glimpse of his slow, crooked smile. I’m not other women. He hates me. And the feeling is mutual. In a town as small as ours, it’s pretty hard to avoid him...and it’s completely impossible once I wake up in a hospital bed to find Cooper pacing the floor of my room. He’s rumpled. He’s frantic. And he’s swearing I’m his fiancee. What the hell? I hate him, but he saved my life. So when he asks me to lie and pretend we’re engaged, I have no choice but to play along. One moment we’re fighting like usual, the next moment he’s kissing me and slipping a gorgeous ring onto my finger. It’s enough to give me whiplash… again. And maybe it’s the bump on my head, but it’s getting pretty easy to pretend I’m...

Soft Wild Ache by Vivian Lux

These characters hit me harder than a lot do, and they're now permanently part of my heart. Rachel's character is refreshingly unique for a romance heroine, having been raised in a sheltered environment bordering on cultish, and it resonated with me. I was pretty sheltered, growing up in an ultra-conservative home, where ladies were to act as ladies, men were the final authority, and great emphasis was placed on eternal destiny. I saw Rachel's family as mine on steroids and then magnified one hundred percent. Watching her find her way in the "secular" world brought to mind many enlightenments I experienced once I left home, so I had no trouble empathizing with her character and feeling my way through her experiences. Vivian Lux has quickly impressed me with her talent and skill, and is on my list of top ten authors, but she outdid herself with this book. The give and take between Beau and Rachel, and the way Beau was so tender, caring and patient made for a sw...

Sweet Crazy Song by Vivian Lux (Plus A Freebie!)

Image
Now Available here !   Sweet Crazy Song is the first full-length novel in the Kings of Crown Creek series and it starts off with a bang! I really thought Ms. Lux couldn't do better than the boys from the Wreckage series, but I was wrong, and I'm not afraid to admit it. 😉 This first book is really phenomenal! Here's my review - five stars, of course!    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Someone once said, “When words fail, music speaks.” Although this is a novel, constructed with words and phrases, sentence structure, paragraphs and chapters, the music eloquently tells the story of Ruby and Jonah’s journey to happily ever after. With a flowing melody, a sometimes dissonant harmony, a dramatic crescendo and sweet, evocative final notes, “Sweet Crazy Song" will have your heart joining in the symphony. Vivian Lux has once and for all won me over to the rock star genre! I don’t know how it’s possible, but each new book is better than the last, and this book is a fantastic beginning to the Kin...
