Book Blurb:

Natalie Shay never imagined a day like this would come. She did what she was supposed to do: graduate college and marry her handsome, popular college sweetheart. With the ink still drying on their divorce papers, Natalie tries to move on from an ending she thought would be happy. When she feels a spark with her stubborn, charming best friend Aidan Costa, Natalie's life becomes even more unrecognizable. Aidan has been her best friend for years, stood beside her when she got married, and has a notorious aversion to relationships. As confusion and denial overwhelm them, their spark grows. Held back by a secret he has been keeping his whole life, Aidan decides to ignore his feelings for Natalie. Natalie's discovery of his secret pushes them past the boundaries they've carefully constructed around their friendship. For Natalie, this could be a second chance at her happily ever after. But when a person from Aidan's past reappears, everything he has built with Natalie is threatened.

MY REVIEW
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Aidan and Natalie have been friends since high school. He's seen her through a marriage to and divorce from her college sweetheart. She's watch him date casually, never letting things get serious. His mother is a famous romance author, who based her book on her own epic love story with Aidan's father, and after all their years of friendship, Natalie still doesn’t know why Aidan is so against true love. As an aspiring romance author herself, Natalie is still searching for that perfect love, the kind she never saw in her own parents.

Good On Paper is a heartfelt, poignant friends to lovers story with several twists and turns to keep the reader guessing, even until the end of the book. Aidan and Natalie are both authentic and endearing, making it easy to pull for them through all the ups and downs of their story. Millikin's style is easy, engaging, and verging on poetic at times, and there is so much deep emotion that the reader feels every bit of the devastating lows and euphoric highs. The true beauty of this story is the deep connection between Aidan and Natalie woven throughout the story that, even when tested, the hope never fails and the bond never breaks. I loved everything about these characters and their touching, heartwarming, feel-good story. If you’re looking for a romance that's on the sweeter, lighter side with a lower angst level, Aidan and Natalie will easily win your heart!

Be sure to get your copy of this happy-sigh-inducing read today!  Until next time, dear reader

Much love between the covers,
